Thanksgiving Letter with Message To All My Friends and Loyal Supporters:

To My Dear Friends, Loved Ones, Loyal Supporters, and Advocates:

With Thanksgiving around the corner, there is truly so much to be thankful

for.

To many who are suffering among us and/or who are alone, this statement may

seem, feel, and appear completely hollow, void of any compassion and

understanding - I know and certainly acknowledge this.  It truly is very easy

to start

off a statement by wishing someone a happy Thanksgiving, a happy Birthday, or a

happy anything for that matter especially during difficult times.

Why do I say this?  Pre and Post 09/11, many have died; many families have

lost their loved ones, children, and still grieving; many children are tried as

adults and placed in lock downs, many of our loved ones and children have died

for our country, and so many more who will not have the blessing of joining

any of us on this upcoming Thanksgiving let alone join us on any given day

regardless of a holiday.   Together, we constantly hear of, at times witness

and

experience more killings, human trafficking, psychiatric / psychotropic

medication induced deaths, rape, domestic violence, identity theft, betrayals,

family

emergencies, life threatening diagnoses, false accusations, and so much more

- the list is endless. 

Yes, this is depressing daily news, but a reality we simply cannot ignore. 

However, for those of us who are among the living, who can see, hear, walk,

talk, breathe, drink, eat - all the " not so little things " we unintentionally

take for granted on a daily basis - without being at the mercy of medication,

tied to a hospital bed and so forth, we truly do have a lot to be thankful for!

My friends and loved ones, for those of you who are alone and are suffering

in some way, and you just don't want to hear a generic happy thanksgiving wish

from anyone, please know that I do understand and wish to acknowledge you for

you because you do exist among us, your feelings are not to be ignored, and I

am thankful for you.  I want to take this moment and appreciate you first

because I know first hand how difficult it can be to pick your chin up and join

the rest of us in a happy moment when in reality you just don't feel like it. 

You are definitely entitled for the way you feel and don't let anyone tell you

otherwise. 

AnnieBiotics:  Through it all, please remember that you are just as important

as anyone else and that you are not alone!  When you are ready to come out of

silence, self empower yourself and confidently know and believe that your

voice WILL be heard, and through your voice, you will make a difference for many

and help heal others who are undergoing similar pains and challenges.

My Wish for Thanksgiving:

I wish for healing of scars within our hearts, within our souls.  I wish for

all of us to unite at some point and place all petty differences aside for the

sake of our future leaders - our children and youth; I wish for courage and

strength for all of us to endure ongoing challenges and struggles as we forge

ahead with our missions in life; I wish for stronger communication amongst

friends to resolve unintentional misunderstandings as opposed to silence,

betrayals, hidden jealousies, lies, and underhanded schemes to discredit one

another

and God knows what else.  Bottom-line, I wish for health and happiness for all

my friends, loved ones, loyal supporters, advocates, survivors across the

globe!

Life is truly short and every second counts!  Let's love, appreciate,

respect, understand, and interact with one another (foundation of Annie Armen

AnnieBiotics) because we are all keepers as we live, endure, and survive

through daily challenges and in the end, never give up and stand tall through it

all.  We are all in this together and we need each other NOW more than

ever!
