They are very good. Thanks to the women who shared with us and thanks for posting them Patty. I'm sorry I don't spend much time here. A lot of the time I don't have the energy as I'm battling with Candida. When I do have energy I'm out with my dog or visiting with my husband. I'm making some positive changes in my life to help with my recovery but as we all know, this just takes time.
