Guest guest
Niles To make the statement, " In some eyes, each is as bad as the other " , was unnecessary in your complaint about religion being mentioned by Dawn. I to am a Mormon and darn proud of it and I also know that Dawn and Ann are good Mormons. It was enough to complain about religion being mentioned without such a derogatory statement. --- nilesbuchanan1991 <nilesbuchanan1991@...> wrote: > > > > Best to all, > > Cassandra Dawn Casey > > > > A.S.P.I.R.E. > > > > (and, a Mormom - like Ann Blake-) > > Last month, due to fundamentalist sectarian > proselytizing posts > here, there was discussion of the place of religion > in the list and > its work. Guest guest
I must say that a person's religion is so much a part of what a person is; to not every mention religion, as it is a powerful force in many peoples lives, seems virtually impossible. I don't have to agree with every part someones religion to respect it. To me one of the highest forms of love is to be able to allow people to be themselves: religion or no-religion included. To allow and be able to accept others for who they are can be hard sometimes but it is a sign of greatness and something I strive to be in my life. I recommend trying it Re: Re: Niles and Depressed Over Prozac - Deseret News Sunday Church News Section > Niles > To make the statement, " In some eyes, each is as bad as > the other " , was unnecessary in your complaint about > religion being mentioned by Dawn.
