Guest guest
nullification is faster than repeal. How to Win in Washington State (re: SB5005) From: "lawpapa23" <attorney@...>WA residents have 2 options: Challenge the new law in court, or get the legislature to repeal the law. The bottom line is, the new law is unconstitutional. If that message is properly communicated, either one or both of these options could and should be successful.I've explained in articles why SB5005 is unconstitutional. This explanation needs to be taken to representatives--in person if at all possible (my experience is that they don't read letters or emails)--and perhaps discussed with WA attorneys who might be willing to take such a case. See these articles:http://www.naturalnews.com/031450_vaccine_exemptions.htmlhttp://libertynewsradio.com/wire/articles15/2011//00255_Proposed_Washington_State_Vaccine_Exemption_Law_is_Unconstitutional_154631.phpI didn't recall the bill requiring membership in an organized religion, but if that's the case, see the first article above about a similar NJ bill on that point. I've got another article coming out with Natural News that goes into more depth on that, so check back there in the near future.Let me know how I can be of any further help!Alan , JDwww.vaccinerights.comwww.pandemicresponseproject.com Sheri Nakken, former R.N., MA, Hahnemannian Homeopath Vaccination Information & Choice Network, Washington State, USAVaccines - http://vaccinationdangers.wordpress.com/ Homeopathy http://homeopathycures.wordpress.comVaccine Dangers, Childhood Disease Classes & Homeopathy Online/email courses - next classes start March 25 & April

Guest guest
It may well be true that nullification is faster that repeal; however, as one who has had to jump trough bureaucratic hoops all my adult life (better than four decades), and learning from experience—otherwise known as “the school of hard knocks,” one can usually get a good deal farther without turning people off by not adopting what I call the “General Sherman Tank” attitude which is basically bulldozing one’s way through, and anything in the way be damned. After all, we desire to bring people to our causes by educating, not by confrontation. We want to “win friends and influence people,” not turn them against us. ~~Ruth From: no-forced-vaccination [mailto:no-forced-vaccination ] On Behalf Of peggy nicholson Sent: Tuesday, March 29, 2011 10:43 PM no-forced-vaccination Subject: Re: How to Win in Washington State (re: SB5005) nullification is faster than repeal. Guest guest
Nullification is a theory that says states can nullify, or invalidate, a federal law. It has nothing to do with state laws. Also, it's just a theory, and there have been no instances in which attempts at it have been upheld (according to Wikipedia)--the courts disagree that it's even a valid theory. So, it's not an option here. But even if it were, accomplishing it would probably be an enormous task--not likely one that could be done quickly.
