Guest guest
Jantje; Sorry you were lonely last night. A feeling I know all too well and one that is so very difficult to turn around. I am so glad to hear you found something that helped. Hope you have a wonderful Sunday. By the way, is the ash from Iceland really bothersome where you are? Guest guest
The biggest impact is really on air traffic. So far, the particle count is normal down here, so the air quality is good. One nice side effect of the ash cloud are spectacular, red sunsets... Hope you are doing well! Jantje > > Jantje; > Sorry you were lonely last night. Guest guest
It is an empowering feeling when you can take a situation which feels overwhelming (loneliness) and turn it into something positive. We are here for you jantje too. :-)  Glad that your air quality hasn't been affected from the volcano. Guest guest
I hear you!  A guy friend and I started on this weight loss journey together....Positive thinking, healthy eating, exercise. I've lost 8 pounds so far...He's lost 22! But he has been a lot more disciplined than me. Also, he was already working out alot too. I also have exercised for years and continue to do it on an almost everyday basis. But my food intake is not as healthy as it could be. For example: I ate a lot of ice cream today... I do think postive. Most of my family is very much overweight and don't exercise. I am healthy, exercise on a daily basis, eat lots of healthy foods which they rarely touch and think that even though my body is far from perfect, it is probably a lot better that it would be if I didn't do so many good things for it. Also, I have two grown children (24 and 27) and a hubby who are at normal weights and I like to think that I have influenced them in a positive way over the years.  Thanks for the positive feedback. I esp..needed it today. Let's hang in there for each other!  From: sarah lindberg <snowbear86@...> Subject: (unknown) weightloss Date: Monday, April 19, 2010, 10:25 PM  WOW. I don't know what came over me, I could almost feel my old self coming back, the negative thoughts before a huge binge...but there was no desire to binge at all. I knew that it was something that I had to push through and rememebered what says about plateaus and their silver linings. I also questioned what this was trying to teach me as well, another valid point that makes. I really liked what all of you had to say; Beth I., I loved the two statements! I love how my body is becoming better in the long run. I have to rememeber patience as well because you are certainly right, it didn't take me 3 weeks to gain my weight!!! It's going to take a little extra time to it take off!! E v, I want to thankyou for such encouraging words I will listen to those podcasts you suggested today! I could really relate to what you said when you explained that everybody loses weight at their own pace because of age, metabolism, gender, etc. This is the difference between me and my dad where he starts exercising for the first time in his life just and loses tons of weight. Whereas, I have been exercising vigorously my whole life and still have struggled to get it off!!! My body is used to exercise though, where it was probably a shock to my Dad's body and I need to stop comparing myself to other people Liz, I think it AWESOME that you have lost 3 pounds in a month by not exercising or calorie counting. Guest guest
Congrats EV on the run and the weight loss! I just had a thought when I read about your and 's experiences. It is frustrating when you compare your own weight loss with that of guys, but the fact is that it is a lot easier to lose weight for men compared to women. The female body composition is higher in fat anyway and we store it differently. On the other hand, guys to have more visceral fat which is very detrimental to your health. The important thing is that we are exercising. When it comes to our health, study after study shows that exercise habits are more important than body weight when it comes to disease risk etc. So, keep up the good habits, reap the health benefits and weight loss will almost be a by-product... At least that's how I set my intent...! Jantje > > > From: sarah lindberg <snowbear86@...> > Subject: (unknown) > weightloss > Date: Monday, April 19, 2010, 10:25 PM > > >  > > > > WOW. Guest guest
Hi , the problem is in the gluteous muscle, got two cortisone shots and some pain meds. I have been very lax about the pool, have not been in two years, shame on me. I am in the Ariad trial now, and am pcru for the first time in 15 years. I would say the only side effect I have is acid reflux if I am not careful with my eating, aside from that I have none. Gleevec works so well for so many, I wish it had fewer side effects.. have a great day, Bobby a ( Bobby ) Doyle, dob 12/17/29 Brecksville, Ohio, USA DX 5/1995 Interferon 9 weeks/Hydroxyurea 5 years 02/2000 to 06/2002 Gleevec trial, OHSU 06/2002 Gleevec/Trisenox Trial, OHSU 06/2003 Gleevec/Zarnestra Trial, OHSU 04/2004 Sprycel Trial, MDACC, CCR in 10 months 04/2008 XL228 Trial, U of Mich. 01/2009 PCR 5.69 04/2009 Ariad Trial AP24534 09/2009 PCR 0.017 11/2009 PCR 0.034 #840 Zavie's Zero Club From: mtadros9@... <mtadros9@...> Subject: Re: [ ] (unknown) " CML Group " < > Date: Tuesday, April 20, 2010, 3:37 PM Hi a I had same problems weeks ago and than went away. In Florida a cypress house that is painted will repel all its paint & flake & peel & still the wood looks like new wood 30-40years later . I wonder if cyprus would be good for a bed frame ( remeber the cypess tables the were popular for a while with their curving offhoots) like projections polyurttaned real thich . How do you like your cedar bed , do you feel it is resistant to bugs. ...? Rush uses bamabo sheets & has good result . The word is the bamboo repels bugs .. I want some .. I haven t had a sheet in 3 years , I use a hair dryer next to my bed to toast the room on an air matress ,I never get bit while I sleep . The wood floor is polished with a nice mist of 2 oz coconut oil & 48 oz of water & te air matress too . , they seem to not be able to navigate the oil , ithink when it is on the skin they also cnt travel around on you , I am 131 days with out crawling , I have been bit & I have felt the bug walking up my leg at the hospital in the tv area of the waiting room I appy peoxide /borax/ & water or arm & hammer powdered laundry soap, . ....Praise God .... God bless you Bill On Sat Apr 24th, 2010 1:53 AM EDT Carol wrote: >I found lysol orange spray and applied it to my 'home-builtcedar' bed frame and headboard. Yes, orange seems to quell the little bastards. It makes my cedar(bought the kit to line a closet or two with) shine and kills most of the active buggies.I liked cedar anyway and was planning a nice 'dry sauna' with the boards. It has worked out better this way, and working with the thogue  and groove wood is great for therapy. My husband almost had a fit; I cruised country roads and collected several cedar trees, saplings, and branches. I boiled all of the above in the backyard in a nice sized coldren, until He decided I was a fire risk. BUT, I have 2 ounces of pure cedar oil and a lovely 'abstract' sapling which I plan to use as a light fixture holder.(Double duty). >I pray this is a good start on the beginning of a healing. Good for you! Detox is going to be my prime objective very soon... we've done gallbladder flushes and noted an improvement from Hulda 's flush recipes followed to the absolute T. Can't deviate from it. My husband has no sensations of any kind any longer. He is also out in the sun a lot and has a stronger immune system than I have. >> > > > > > > > >> > > > > > > > Hey, I wanted to comment on what you said about bees. I'm sure others here have noticed the same thing with bees they normally see during the spring and summer. I noticed several years ago that more bees were flying into things, disoriented. I also know that one point there was speculation that the bees were experiencing colony collapse because of mites (didn't say what type of mite), but then they speculated that it was cell phone irradiation , or chemicals from bioengineered agricultural sprays. Who knows, but could it be that they and other insects are experiencing similar types of symptoms as Morgellons peeps? I have a large rosemary bush out my sliding door by my office which is covered in bees while the flowers are in bloom. There are still lots of bees there, so that is a good sign. I can see a few dozen right now, so maybe they will survive the onslaught of chemtrails. >> > > > > > > > >> > > > > > > > >> > > > > > > >> > > > > > >> > > > > >> > > > >> > > >> > >> > > > > > >

Guest guest
First we need grams of the ointment into pounds. 120 grams * 0.0022 pounds / 1 gram = 0.265 pounds The formula after that is pretty straightforward. (12 capsules * $30 / 50 capsules) + (0.265 pounds * $7.50 / pound) + $5 $7.2 + $1.99 + $5.00 = $14.19. ~Matt On Sat, Apr 24, 2010 at 4:26 PM, Issak <aloyosha@...> wrote: > > > please solve this problem. Guest guest
Just an FYI - Dr. Uzler was willing to just read the SPECT for us (consult cost is $450) and we would've been able to go to UCLA for the actual scan. He said he wanted the RAW data only, no pictures, etc. and he'd be able to read them just fine. We never got it done but that's what he said he could do if Dr. G would write the Rx for some place that took insurance. I'm trying to keep up ^^ Alright so I'm hearing that a SPECT might not have to be done. If insurance won't cover it I can't do it anyway considering my current financial situation. > I will give more information that might be useful. > I have had the rast allergy test done and all was clear. The only things I notice a difference with him is sugar, he has massive highs and lows. Splenda, he wets himself. CoQ10 and Serotonin make him fly through the roof. 15 mgs of CoQ10 had us up for 2 days o.o I hear some of the allergies won't show up, that makes sense to me. I have him on FloraMore probiotics. I can open the cap and mix in water. Maybe someone has info on this...He's overweight, very active but doesn't understand the concept of full. I also know that when he hurts whether it be his tummy or head or back he says they are empty and wants food. When I start to get anemic it's uncanny how I crave meat. I think he is craving something he needs. Perhaps if my first steps would be diet and anti fungal.. > > There is a Trader Joe's not too far from us! I have heard about the Aids and the virus and what not. I believe it. I got a flu shot a few years ago and have been in excruciating pain ever since. Diagnosed Fibro. Which I think is a blanket term yet again oh sorry we don't know good luck with that. Reading up on CVS now that sounds more like it for me. I've lost my train of though so I'll just post. > >
Guest guest
French Bread 1 1/2 pkg active dry yeast 1 T sugar 2 Cups warm water 1 T salt 5-6 cups flour Combine the yeast, water, and sugar in a bowl and allow to " proof " . It will be foamy looking in about 10 minutes. While the yeast is " proofing " mix the salt with the flour and add this to the yeast mixture. Stir really well. Add the remaining flour one cup at a time until you have a fairly stiff dough that is no longer sticky. Knead a few minutes until everything is blended well. Put into an oiled (olive oil) bowl, turn to coat the surface, cover with a dish towel and let rise until dough is doubled. (1-2 hours) Punch the dough down and shape into long loaves. Put them on a cookie sheet that has been sprinkled with flour. Put into a cold oven, set at 400 and bake for 35 min. Convection ovens require lower setting like 350. **** I also add 3-4 T of olive oil to the liquid in the first step for a tender loaf. Happy Baking! Guest guest
I'm using organic white flour since we do not have issue with gluten.
