Guest guest
Your mother needs to try Gold Coin Grass or Apple Juice before she does another cleanse! Sometimes compacted stones and a liver congested (with debris or parasites) can not get them out. And she will only feel sick to her stomach. Apple juice or Chinese Gold Coin Grass will help relieve this problem. It is also important to do a parasite cleanse. It is important to wait atleast TWO weeks, because even if you mother did not pass stones, she could be infected with parasites. The body (kidney, bladder, etc) are all working together to remove the toxins. When I first did a cleanse, nothing came out. I didn't want to wait a week, and tried within 5 days. I felt very ill, but no stones. I waited a few more days and because of side pain, I tried again. Again, no stones. However, so many cleanses so close together caused me a serious Kidney infection!!!!! That was the side pain. Though I passed no stones, my body was still removing toxins (from debris or parasites) and it was too much for my kidneys. The happy ending is I was informed about Gold Coin Grass or Apple juice helping to break down stones and once I tried it, I finally passed them!!!! Guest guest
Because the flush releases alot of toxins and your body must recouperate. Sometimes my gallbladder feels funny and I drink a bunch of apple juice and it seems to help. I am glad she is doing the cleanses! Guest guest
If they were green inside or had a cheese like texture with little cells then chances are real good that they were in fact stones. Guest guest
I'm confused and interested in what the importance is in finding out what the composition of the stones you expell are..would someone please explain the difference between hard and soft ..and green, red or yellow? Guest guest
You'll note that the consistency of the matter making up 'stones' is different for many reasons. I have posted sites in the past here which explained a lot of the information you're asking me. However, I have had to reformat my harddrive and lost a lot of information that I had acquired. I had a backup system but that too went south. So, I will now have to reacquire a lot of the informative sites I had in the past. It will take some time, once I have the time to spend, to reacquire the information from various sources. Just keep in mind that feces will consist of matter of all sorts and not be just one thing. That is; there will be undigested foods and then biles and other things which are common to being feces. I'm very aggravated at my doctor, any doctor for that fact, or lab that just gives an analysis which is nothing short of political rhetoric. I want to know the composition of the thing I take in, and whether that thing is common as being expelled on a daily basis. Stone vary considerably from bile, salts, cholesterol content (which is 'waxy', by the way), and calcium or other misused, by the body, products. Guest guest
It must be something else or I wouldn't have been reported as Stone Free in October of last year, and the surgeon minus my dollars for taking my gallbladder. I firmly believe they are stones. They sure don't look like feces! Guest guest
That's a very poor analysis, I suspect the doc didn't hand them on. I can't imagine any reputable laboratory returning with a statement like that. Did you see the report with the name of the lab on it ? The cholesterol stones which I had surgically removed three weeks ago now while having some visual similarities, were quite different to the waxy stones produced by the flush. They sink in water. They are fairly hard. If you crush them (it is just possible to crush them with you fingers), they contain a mixture of deposits, but mainly dry yellow/brown particles of cholesterol. As I have said before if you want to find the real stones then you should be looking within the wax balls (which are saponified oil & bile salts), but I don't think many are passed as my GB was still packed full even after the flushes. I now think that concentrating on breaking them down and dissolution is the best primary objective if you don't want surgery. regards Phil ----- Original Message ----- From: <pdbk92255@...> <gallstonesegroups> Sent: Wednesday, April 26, 2000 5:02 AM Subject: Re: Question > The importance is > > ARE WE REALLY PASSING STONES..... > > or just some bi-product of all the oil you consume in the flush...... > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Accurate impartial advice on everything from laptops to table saws. > 1/3020/3/_/298354/_/956682538/ > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > You are receiving this email because you elected to subscribe to the gallstonesegroups. Guest guest
Hi Diane: My name is and my hubby has RA. He started on MTX and is now on the Arava. It takes a bit of time to get thru the system, but my hubby feels a difference versus only the MTX. He still has bad days when the storms are coming (snow, rain etc.) Last weekend before the rain hit he couldnt even move his left hand/arm. He also takes prednisone, celebrex, folic acid, multi vitamin........I think thats it. My hubby will be 32 and he has been batteling the right *cocktail* of meds for about 2 yrs now. You can email me personally at waljs@... if youd like. I can have him email you back or I can ask him and email you...either way, he'd be glad to share his experience with this. Guest guest
Caren, Check out this website: There are many other interesting links on thyroid if you have the inclination to check them out. http://thyroid.about.com/library/howto/htthyroid-test.htm How to Interpret Your Thyroid Test Results If you want to have a better idea of what your thyroid tests mean, here is some information that can help. Difficulty Level: Easy Time Required: 5 minutes ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- Here's How: 1. Find out your thyroid test results from your doctor's office. 2. If you can, get a hard copy printout for your own review and home medical files. 3. If " normal " or " reference " ranges are not indicated on the lab results, ask your doctor's office to tell you what these ranges are. 4. Note the level of your Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH). At most labs in the U.S., the normal range is from around 0.5 to 5.5. 5. If the TSH level is below normal, your doctor may determine that you are hyperthyroid (overactive thyroid.) 6. If the TSH level is above normal, your doctor may determine that you are hypothyroid (underactive thyroid.) 7. If your doctor ran a test called Total T4 or Total Thyroxine, normal range is approximately 4.5 to 12.5. If you had a low reading, and a high TSH, your doctor might consider that indicative of hypothyroidism. 8. If your doctor ran a test called Total T4 or Total Thyroxine, normal range is approximately 4.5 to 12.5. If you had a low reading, and a low TSH, your doctor might look into a pituitary problem. 9. If your doctor ran a test called Free T4, or Free Thyroxine, normal range is approximately 0.7 to 2.0. If your result was less than 0.7, your doctor might consider that indicative of hypothyroidism. 10. If your doctor ran a test called Total T3, normal range is approximately 80 to 220. If your result was less than 80, your doctor might consider that indicative of hypothyroidism. 11. If your doctor ran a test called Free T3, normal range is approximately 2.3 to 4.2. If your result was less than 2.3, your doctor might consider that indicative of hypothyroidism. 12. If your test results come back " normal " but you have many of the symptoms or risk factors for thyroid disease, make sure you ask for an antibodies test. Some doctors believe in treating thyroid symptoms in the presence of elevated antibodies and normal TSH levels. 13. If your test results come back " normal " but you have many of the symptoms or risk factors for thyroid disease, consider going to a reputable holistic M.D. or alternative physician for further interpretation and diagnosis. Tips: Laboratory reference ranges and normal ranges can differ from lab to lab. Always go by your lab's reference range and your doctor's diagnosis.
