Many parents rallied together to stop future spraying. The district attorney has filed suit against the grower (Dan ) and received a temporary restraining order to stop all pesticide applications until a hearing on the preliminary injuntion. The hearing on the preliminary injunction in the matter of Dan has been changed from June 8 to Thursday, June 7 at 1:30 in Dept. 20 (2nd floor of the County Government Center located on the corner of and Telephone Rd).
