Making people more open to suggestibility is one of the main features of

brainwashing. There was a UCSF study a few years ago that talked about how

volunteers taking Paxil in a group setting were found to be more complacent,

compliant, and open to suggestion. That right there is the very essence of

brainwashing. Imagine the implications in a prison setting.

I also wonder if any mothers out there taking SSRI's actually become

so unresponsive to their children that it can be classified

as 'neglect.'

I can envision a time (if it's not here already that is) where there

will be support groups for children raised by mothers on SSRI's.
