That's why I urge you to stick with them no matter how sociably unacceptable

they can be.

I've never worn AFO's but in recent years I've become very aware of both the way

I walk and the obvious muscle wastage in my legs. Okay so I'm older than you but

I now wear either full length skirts and dresses or trousers. My motto is be

different, be individual but more importantly be yourself and keep up with the

AFO's. I really wish I had the chance of them when I was growing up - but that's

in the past.
