Guest guest
www.HepatitisNeighborhood.com is a link I saw here. It wants you to sign up but the security certificate has expired for the page where you enter your personal information. I was trying to get dietary information. I have type 1b and have treated unsucessfully twice. My liver was at stage three scarring when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and my liver had to withstand chemo. Then my husband left me and I started to drink again. I used Milk Thistle religiously but honestly who knows what shape its in now. I'm recovering from the emotional blows and trying to get healthy again and stop drinking completely and looking for supplements herbs and diet that will help me. I think I caught it 24 years ago giving birth. I bled quite alot and had 4 pints of transfusion. That is my only known exposure and no one else in my family tests positive. Including the ex-husband of 27 years which was a relief to me. I would hate to think I was responsible for giving someone else this. It also told me how hard it is to give this disease to anyone else. You need my blood to get into your blood. Sharing a chip out of the communal bowl isn't going to do it. Any help in diet would help. I;ve heard that the liver tends to collect iron so I got a vitamin supplement without it. Thanks for any help Diane
