Hi ,

I did all kinds of water therapy that I learned in PT last Fall. Walking

in water, with and without a current, step ups, squats, most everything

done in the gym can be adapted for water, wear 'water shoes' and start

slow, my legs were wobbling after the first couple of times.

I take Amitriptyline, a cousin to Nortriptyline. Both have been proven

to help with nerve pain, one CMT lady I met says her Dr. said the N.

helps her tremors. I can't get a medical person to verify that A. does

that, but for ME it does that too! Might make you a little extra

sleepy...A does that to me, I only take it at night.
