Hi rochelle it's cindy. are you feeling any better? alot of the folks

at my jaw group have had injections. All i know is some like it and

some don't. You have to keep me posted if you try it.love cindy

Ann,

I guess at this point all you can do is push yourself to keep at life. It's

great that you overcame bipolar. My sister is still battling her demons. She has

some form of paranoid schizophrenia. The psychologist says it's all from PTSD

and the psychiatrist says it's been there for much longer. But one of our

grandmothers did spend her later years in a psychiatric hospital and she was

diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia as was her sister.

I'm doing better with my neck, but I developed a mast cell activation disorder

(mast cells are immune cell that store and release inflammatory mediators like

histamine, which they release with allergies, but also many non-allergy

conditions) I'm sure I have a predisposition, as I have an over active immune

system that twice did damage to nerves after infections and resulted in loss of

function (paralyzed vocal cord from a throat infection for 6 months, paralyzed

stomach from a stomach virus for over 2 years and still have stomach problems).

However the combination of oral steroids for 3 months and then double dose

Celebrex sent my immune system over the edge and now I react to many many

things--sunlight, many chemicals, medicines, foods, stress of any kind. I can

only eat 4 foods at this time, otherwise I have dangerous reactions. I carry an

epipen with me just in case of anaphylaxis. I did lose a lot of weight and just

now have gained back a few pounds so I don't look so skeletal.

If it's not one thing it's another.
