Hi ,Lorie already gave you a lot of good info - I just wanted to add that I would be cautious about eating fish 3x/week because unfortunately nowadays most fish is very contaminated with mercury and other harmful heavy metals. I would take purified cod liver oil (tested for contaminants) which is essential to health in many ways and then take a quality iodine supplement to get your iodine ...Best,Marlena>> I just heard of this group on the hair loss group. to see where you are in range

Both free t3 and free t4 are at 48%. This is a little low but compared

to your previous levels they have come up higher than they were.

They should be within 10% of each other, as yours are, so I wouldn't

think it would be pituitary or adrenal related.

For a woman of childbearing age need to have Ft4 and ft3 within 60 to

80 percent of range.after menopause we need slightly lower values in

the 40 to 70 percent of the range.

I would definately do the iodine ,I started out with a goiter myself

back in 1990, I only wish I knew about iodine then .

The other thing I want to mention is that low estrogen can have

similiar symptoms as hypothyroid, check out this site:
