Good observation skills here. You need to be careful

when adjusting meds though, so next time you want to

experiment, let the doc, or at least the pharmacist,

know!!

Gail, do you think it would help the case at this point if we were to

voluntarily email stating that we do not require refunds and are satisfied

with our products? I already did this when it first happened but I wonder if

it would help him now.

Hi Dobtsie and Folks,

It might help. It would be great if ALL his customer would take the time

and do it. It might make all the difference in the world. You never know!

Can you post the address, incase anybody would be willing to do that. I

know had emailed all his customers asking them to write stating our

disagreement with their complaint against him (or something along those

lines). Sadly to say, very, very few wrote in on his behalf at all. He

really hasn't gotten much, if any, support from customers anyway. The thing

that is making it so bad I think is his US citizenship. I know other

companies are having trouble with the ftc., but because they're in different

countries, I don't think the ftc has much clout over them. Although, I'm

sure they are trying to bark a loud bark.
