Guest guest
Glad that Rob is doing a bit better today. We haven't had any more snow yet, nothing on the ground, although I am hoping for a white Christmas! Thanks for asking about Chris. He received an acceptance letter to his 2nd choice, his first is just starting to send out theirs. In my heart, I think he would be happier staying home and going to school locally, but I think going away would be good for him as well. I know I have discussed this here before, so we shall see what he decides. Physically he is doing ok. Work is a bit tougher now in the cold, but he does enjoy it still. He did a side job over the weekend on one of my hubby's friend's trucks and he did a real good job. He was sore the next day, but overall ok. No more weight gain, but at least he has not lost more. has finished her meds - yeah!! She hated the way she felt on that (tired very often). Let's hope the weird dreams will be gone too. Now she just has to get chest x-rays every so often, according to the ped. She will not be home until Dec 23, as she has to work next week at school. And of course, she wants to be back at the apartment by the 31st - parties!! Ah to be young again LOL!!! Hugs, Michele (17,pauci & spondy) RE: (was Hunter rash - ugh Michele: Thanks! Rob is feeling better today, got out of bed more easily, and rates his pain as a 6. (this is up from his typical 4), but still better than he felt yesterday. It has been spitting snow on and off all day, but no accumulation. We are ready to move to Arizona! Just kidding. We did feel much better in the warm summer weather, though... How is doing? Any decision on a college yet? Did your daughter finish up her INH therapy yet? and Rob 15 Spondy Sorry to hear that Rob is flaring. Hope he is feeling better today. Guest guest
Hi Michele, Wow! Please congratulate on receiving his acceptance letter. I am so excited for him! What a milestone. All his hard work and effort is paying off. You must be such a proud Mom! Glad to hear, also, that your daughter has finally finished the meds. I hope she'll be feeling better, now. You must be excited about having her home soon. There'll probably be a whirlwind of phone calls and visits with friends but you'll all have some quality family time together too, to catch up. Enjoy it! Aloha, Georgina Tepper, Michele wrote: > Glad that Rob is doing a bit better today. Guest guest
Will do Georgina. He received another letter a few days ago that states the school is offering him a merit scholarship for $6000 a year for all four years, because of his grades. So that makes that school quite attractive indeed (at least to mom and dad LOL) Michele (who is slowly making her way through all the emails from the past 4 days!)
