Hello everyone. We are back finally! We thought we were coming home Tuesday,

but had some plane trouble and didn't make it home until 1:00am this

morning! Boy am I tired!!

It was soo nice to meet everyone. We wished we could have spent more time

with everyone, but that just didn't happen. Caroline was miserable the whole

trip. She was cranky and crying and just didn't want to do much. She had one

good night (the beach party) so we did get out for that. It was nice meeting

everyone from FACES that evening..

There is so much information from the conference. I will share what I have

once I can decipher my notes! Val - my heart was breaking right along sides

yours during the steroid round table. I hope that you were able to take

something positive away from that! Stacia - is soo cute!! Caroline

has asked for her a few times. The pictures turned out great - I will send

you them!

I encourage everyone to attend next year in Rhode Island. I can assure you

are a first time conference attendee it WAS worth it! The plethora of

knowledge was unbelievable. I walked away from this conference ready to take

on the world!

Hugs to everyone and we are sorry that we didn't get to spend more time with

everyone!!

Alia and Caroline, age 2, poly and uveitis

How good it is to be home and I like others are dealing with a combo of jet

lag and post conference flair. I am so glad so many from the list were there

and I had the privilege to meet almost everyone, even though the visits were

short. Alia, Stacia, Robbin, Becki, AJ, , , and whomever I leave out

(forgive my slow brain) it was so great to put a face to a name. The conferences

are indeed an educational experience for many but for me being able to meet

and chat in person means so much. I only wish I had more time and could have

divided my time better between YAs, families and of course being a tourist.I am

looking forward to 2005 in RI and hope to see all again. I also want to take a

sec to welcome all the newbies...tho we do not like knowing there are others

dealing with JA I am glad you found the list. This is an incredible group of

caring, loving and knowledgable folks who will be here no matter what. To all

a good day....Hugs!
