Guest guest
Patty: That does seem kind of odd he would just have you drop it cold turkey. I don't know if I would go along with that...hmmmm...might want to talk to him yourself... and Rob 14 Spondy On Fri, 5 Mar 2004 17:33:49 EST Emeraldsx3@... writes: > HI : > > Caitlin is on 10 mg. of MTX. > > Thanks. > Patty > > > >
Guest guest
Hi : We didn't give Caitlin her dose yesterday and will see if headaches improve at all during the week. I can put her back on it on Friday if headaches appear to be the same. An aunt of mine quit MTX cold turkey and was okay. I am hoping if we do not go back on it, Caitlin is fortunate and doesn't flare. I have to call him this week to see if he and the ID doctor have hashed it out over Caitlin if she should stay on prophylactic antibiotics or not. I prefer she does as I have read that even if a child has post streptococcal reactive arthritis that they get still have rheumatic fever with another episode of strep. Take care.
