day, they should be taking 6 HCL tablets (1 after first meal--depending on

whether I need it with the egg drink, 2 after second meal and 3 after third

meal?) ...I feel like I may be misreading the instructions.

drinking around 80 ounces of water daily? I never have the electrolyte drink,

to drink too much water and completely flush my system out.

@@ Hi ,

No,it is not necessary to take the HCL supplement after you have the egg drink

for breakfast. Since liquids digest rather easily.

Yes, 6 HCL tablets with eating three meals a day as you describe above, is

correct. However, if you take the egg drink as the first meal, then it would be

1 HCL the second meal and 2 the third meal.

If you are in a hot kitchen, it would seem reasonable to drink according to your

thirst. Since that is your body's way of telling you it needs water.

I understand you don't want to drink too much water, however you do not want to

become dehydrated in that type of working environment, neither.
