Thanks, Josh!!!

I just started this Monday so am still new at it, but LOVE it!

I'm consuming the 100g protein, as I shared, but I'm feeling hungry so

perhaps should increase both fat and protein (and stay w/in the 20/80). I

just wasn't sure it was OK to have 'so much' protein!

How long have you been eating the all meat/fat program?

What, besides just loving to eat this way, have you noticed?

The vain me is hoping for less body fat and more muscularity!

[ ] Re: Bee - Question on All Meat/Fat program

Hi ,

I asked Bee the same question recently. She said high protein intake is not

a problem as long as your fat is at the correct level.

OD says my protein should be 91g, but I am actually eating 175g a day.

She said that is ok. If you eat too much protein and are low on fat, that

can cause constipation. My understanding is that you still follow the OD

ratios, only throw out the carbs. According to Fitday's pie chart, I am

usually close to 20/80.

I often feel like it's difficult to eat 20/80, and I think that's because I

eat too much lean meat along with the fat. I end up feeling very full just

from the actual volume of food in my stomach. I am starting to cut back on

the lean parts and adding in some extra butter.

,

I've been doing all meat/fat for a little over a month, but I was only eating

about 10g of carbs a day for about the last 3 months. As far as detoxing or

healing reactions, things are pretty much the same as on Bee's regular diet as

far as I can tell. The main thing I like is the simplicity. I eat every 12 hours

and I never snack. I haven't felt hungry in many months.

Did you see my success updates that I wrote during the last couple months? This

is definitely working!
