ounces of water, it really upsets my gut. Yesterday it made my stomach all

gurgly, I bloated up like crazy, then I had diarrhea. Today I'm still all

bloated up even though I don't have diarrhea anymore, and it feels like I have a

ton of water in my colon. What the heck? I've heard of people getting diarrhea

from coconut oil, but sea salt? Really? Is there something weird about me?

+++Hi Dana B,

Minerals in that salt are very important for detoxification, so I believe you

got gas and bloating since they are helping your body detoxify.

Minerals also help your body balance out water, and help all cells utilize

water. So bear with this until your body has finished balancing itself out.

I suggest you not have that drink alone. Have it with meals instead.

All the best, Bee
