Guest guest
Left side of my body is feeling weird. My face muscles are twitchy. Things are tingly. Am I doing too much calcium? I keep reading how you should have 1/2 as much magnesium as calcium. Wondering if equal amounts of cal and mag aren't optimal for me? In the face it can be novacaine used during dental procedures. Also if you've ever had an injury to your face, i.e. slapped in the face, or fell and injured that area, your body can retrace it. Guest guest
I sleep on both sides, although I prefer the left. I think sleeping on the left is better for stopping reflux. I cannot sleep on my back which is why a pillow wedge is uncomfortable for me. I just use lots of pillows to get a little elevated. > > > Hi, I just wanted to ask if it is difficult for achalasians to sleep on their left side, because it is difficult with me, and I tend to choke as liquids come up, and being on the same side is tiring. > > Hanan > > > >
Guest guest
sad thing is i have to sleep on my back always, so i sleep in a almost sitting position. propped up with feather and memory foam pillows. i have been having an awful awful problem with my neck which has affected my right arm.. it is a nerve. i have four bad discs in the neck and between the A and the neck it is difficult to get settled.. lol.. BUT i am just happy to be alive and not be starving to death. now i have to not eat too much.. still have the problems of stetching out the E. and dont regurge too much after the myotomy. thought i couldnt but found out i can some. my problem is i get so hungry and my tuumy growls and then i eat too much and i know it isnt going all the way down because tummy still hungry. thinking i need to add more soup again. that would be best. i found some asian noodle bowls. with rice noodles. like 200 or 250 calories. i do NOT like chinese food. ( louisiana creole food for me. ) but this is sort of bland but i like it ( Have no idea why but i do.. LOL) .i know that isnt good for my E packing too much in at a time .. i am trying to change eating habits. and choose better.. Guest guest
I have had a special pillow for my neck for years, so that my back/neck could sleep right. Now I sleep up on several pillows, the neck one doesn't always do it's job and I get lots of headaches. It's funny that you say you are often hungry....I am never ever hungry, and after eating a tiny amount of food I feel very over full. > > sad thing is i have to sleep on my back always, so i sleep in a almost sitting position. propped up with feather and memory foam pillows. i have been having an awful awful problem with my neck which has affected my right arm.. it is a nerve. i have four bad discs in the neck and between the A and the neck it is difficult to get settled.. lol.. Guest guest
Well , I thought that sleeping on the right side is easier because the E is closer to the left side. Emptying the E is another issue, as it is not alway successful, I try to empty my E but because it has stretched there is always something left although I had a surgery five years ago but it was not successful.
