Guest guest
> > Bee, > > After you updated your program (which is always exciting, I feel like it is always getting closer to perfect!)I stopped eating raw garlic so liberally. It has been about one month since I last had garlic. > > This evening, I made a dip out of butter and lard with slow cooked garlic on low heat for my broccoli. This broccoli fat dip was 5.5 tbsps of fat content! > > The broccoli soaked up the fat like a dry sponge on water! Mmm tasty. Not to mention my 6 oz. top loin steak. > > Later tonight, I started to have uncontrollable sneezing, watery and itchy eyes , runny nose, inus pressure and headache - the biggest sinus reaction that i've had in a long time. +++Hi . Garlic is certainly one of Nature's most healing foods, so it is understandable why you got those reactions. The reactions aren't because garlic killed off candida however, because we know candida cannot be killed off. But garlic definitely helped your body detoxify more, particularly because it is high in sulphur when it is cooked, and we know sulphur helps the body detoxify! > > I used to have bad allergies like this in the past. It's hard to say whether tonight's incident was due to retracing, or the sudden use of garlic again. All I know is, i'm glad it's occurring and garlic sure can cause some strong symptoms in healing! +++Whatever the reason, you are right that it is still benefitting you. You will know better whether it was the garlic if you wait 3 days until your retracing would have passed, and then have that much garlic again. > > On a side note, I LOVE broccoli. Sometimes i'll steam an entire bunch (3 large stalks) for myself. Would you recommend I not use the stalk part and only use the leafy part of the broccoli to cut down on fiber/carbs? Would this much broccoli be OK? +++Broccoli is certainly a wonderful healing food! Yes, I think it is best not to use the stalk, or peel the stalk first. I don't use the stalk at all. I only like the texture and taste of the florettes. Kind regards to you too. Bee

Guest guest
Hi , I don't understand what you mean about " updates " about garlic and other things? Can you explain? Guest guest
I think she means the update made by Bee to the program whereas it is no longer necessary to take any anti-fungals besides Coconut Oil which has many other health benefits. Guest guest
well, the best way to do that is to keep up with posts in our Group and/or to periodically visit Bee's website and read/re-read her main article. If you mean the changes to my program, I've re-written my main candida article, and explain the changes at the beginning: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Bee
