Hi,

Does anyone know how much fructose is in Hibiscus flowers and rosehips? I know

hibiscus and rosehips are OK for candida but I am ultra sensitive (can't even

tolerate the fructose in lemon), and yesterday I made Hibiscus and rosehip tea.

It tasted really sweet to me (yes, my taste buds have changed dramatically, lol)

and then it gave me that typical high blood sugar dizziness. I've been googling

to try to find out the fructose content of Hibiscus and rosehips, but have not

come up with anything. Has anyone else here on the list experienced any

problems drinking hibiscus tea? For now I'll stick to ginger tea, but it would

be fun to branch out.
