Guest guest
Hello all- I could you some help. I have been doing the diet with great success. I have recently realized that I must have fibromyalgia as I have always had really bad pains in my legs. Since I have started the diet they have gone away other that some episodes of retracing. Well yesterday I got really sick. Lots of vomiting and diareha. During all of this my back started hurting really bad. Similar to the pains I used to get in my legs but all over my back. I have stopped begin sick for the most part but my back is still in excrutiating pain. I dont know what to do. This pain is quite unbearable. I dont want to go to the doctor but I dont know what to do to alleviate the pain. Any suggestions?

I hate my stuff getting wet, so I use just plain heat, and it works great. Tara

Fibromyalgia is caused by toxins in the muscles, do first it is very important that you are only eating foods on the diet, and that your ratios of protein to fat to carbs is correct. Second, ensure you are taking all of the supplements, and not any others. This episode could be retracing too, and to help alleviate the pain take Epsom salt baths, apply heat to the areas that hurt most, take White Willow Bark (available at the health store & follow instructions on the label), do dry skin brushing, and rub a 50/50 mixture of oil of oregano and olive oil into your sore muscles. I hope you get through this soon. The best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi : Diarrhea is to be expected, unfortunately. It's one of the ways the body can get rid of toxins. The pain in your back is probably toxins moving around. I would get bouts of pain/stiffness in my lower back... unrelated to any physical exertion. It would last a day or two and then just go away. One of the best ways I've found for dealing with these bouts is to take a coffee enema. It helps get rid of more toxins, more quickly. Directions are on Bee's site. You are healing, , and you can trust that if you are on the diet, you are not doing anything bad to your body and this is just the disease process in reverse.
