Guest guest
I just eat meat & vegetables and supplements as per the official list (printed it out and take it shopping with me, although I have it pretty memorized by now)... I'm just wondering, if I have a burger (no bun, no pickle) twice a week, is it really bad if I use about 2 teaspoons of ketchup and a little mustard since I have no other sugar or vinegar at all EVER? Also, if I had some diabetic candy once a week, is that really going to mess me up? (150 calories, 0 sugar 25 carbs, 14 sugar alcohols from Splenda which, yes I know is toxic) Been on and off cheating since September now but was very strict from April - August 2009 during which time most of my symptoms disappeared. All I have left is still this little patch of eczema on my ankle. I want to be strict again, but am just wondering if 2 tsp of ketchup and mustard twice a week at most is anything to worry about... and the diabetic candy. thanks, Nate
