Hi Bee & Group! I'd like to wish everyone good health and happiness into the

New Year!

I searched the past post on kidney stones and didn't see anything on how to

dissolve kidney stones. I was wondering if anyone knew of a safe and natural

method to do so? My cousin has already passed one and was told he has two

more!! I would appreciate any info on this matter.

Thanks in advance :)

+++Hi Shay. I do not have an article on how to dissolve kidney stones. Kidney

stones are caused by mineral imbalances, and people who get them are usually

drinking a lot of pop which is high in phosphorus, or they are taking antiacids

like Tums, Rolaids, Maalox, etc. They may also be consuming white flour and

sugar which also causes mineral imbalances. It would be difficult to advise if

the person isn't on my program, and without any information about them.

Like anything else the person needs to take care of their health, i.e. eat

healthy, avoid damaging foods, drugs, and toxins, etc. Even if the stones were

dissolved, they would come back again and again if they don't.

He can try taking high doses of vitamin C, starting with 4,000 mg (taken once),

and then every hour he is awake he should take 2,000 mg vitamin C until he gets

loose stools. When he gets loose stools take a little less per hour, i.e. 200

mg.

Or drink eight ounces of fresh-squeezed lemon juice immediately. Then add one

ounce of fresh-squeezed lemon juice to a glass of water and drink it. Repeat

this every hour for the next 12 hours.

All the best, Bee
