Guest guest
> > Hi all... > I'm a recovering anorexic. I have been fighting Candida since August of last year. I've been on and off of the diet since. Gaining and losing weight over and over again...I've gained some good healthy weight back on and seemed to stay around 160 lbs while on the diet (I'm 6' and that feels like a great weight for me) until my last binge back in March. I've successfully been on the diet since and haven't lost a pound! Why is my body weight staying the same now at 175? I've tried upping and cutting fat and protein and carbs and I'm so frustrated! > Recently received test result back from my doctor and I tested negative for both Candida and Parasites. My beneficial bacteria levels were at zero and I have been taking probiotics for months!! Why are they not sticking? What can I do to help!?!? Could this be a reason why I'm not losing any weight? > Do you exercise? That is a very important key. but NOT over done! And i just want to say if your 6' tall and 175 you must look GREAT!! It makes no difference about those candida tests. IF you are following a healthy diet maybe your body is where it WANTS to be. I think we forget that its our body that makes the choice and knows where weight should be, not our mind, wants and desires. If you focus on weight too much you will get frustrated and may do another binge. I bet you look like a model if I have my guess right. I weigh 189 at 5'9 " . I have more to lose but im looking might fine:-) In total have lost over 100 pounds, fell in love, gained 30 back and lost it again. I would LOVE to be 170- 175!!!
