Hi Grace,

Generally eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads or brown

rice and lean protein Omega 3 fats seem to be very important. They are

present ih fish oils and flaxseed oil. Try to include fresh fish in the diet.

I am impressed with Dr. D'Adamo's Eat Right for Your Type, outlining

the blood type diet. But you have to know s's blood type to know which

blood type to follow. I have seen exceptions to it, but in general I think it

is a good concept.

An old book that first introduced me to the B Complex and eating healthy was

Adelle ' Eat Right To Keep Fit.

she also wrote a book Let's Cook it Right.

Without having to buy a book go to _www.westonaprice.org_

(http://www.westonaprice.org) This organization named for one of the great

pioneers in studying

the life sustaining and nutritious diets of indigenous people's throughout

the world. They have some very good ideas on their site. It is worth spending

time on it.
