Guest guest Posted October 20, 1998 Report Share Posted October 20, 1998 Hi again all, Another thing my naturopath said a few years ago when I first experienced a severe hypothyroid storm that lasted quite awhile, is that folk usually have excema as a precursor to thyroid disease. I replied that I had it for almost a year while in grade school. She maintains that is when the " system " began to give evidence that it was breaking down---that excema is usually a first symptom.
