-Skyler TV Segment

Hi everybody-

I've been out of town for two weeks and having been checking posts. This

morning, I had a friend call to tell me to turn on the news because Channel

3 was doing a segment on jra. It was about Skyler ('s son). The piece

did a great job in showing how serious the disease can be. It included

footage of a home video taken by showing Skyler lying on the couch

unable to move, obviously in a great deal of pain. I got on the computer to

send a post to about the piece and discovered he'd emailed me asking me

to forward information about the group regarding the news segment.

Unfortunately, since I was away this is coming a little late. Anyway, I'm

sure the piece will help raise awareness about the disease. The newscaster

indicated it took the video of Skyler to get doctors to realize how sick

Skyler was. Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know about this. You fellow

Arizonans should tune into Channel 3 today. The segment will air all day.
