I just wanted to let you know that we have Blue Cross Blue Shield Personal Choice (same as you?) and although they dragged their feet for about 2 weeks, they are paying 100% for both my twins' STARband. I owe a lot of thanks to our orthotist who called Personal Choice everyday to keep them on their toes! Good Luck!
