At first I was thinking I should wait until after the explant but now I'm thinking that if they are going to help balance out my hormones maybe I should be giving my body a helping hand. What do you think? Let me know how its working for you and what you've noticed with over all general wellness compared to before you added them into your daily regime. Thanks Patty.
