Guest guest
IMUNE International License Grandfathering expires 31st Dec 2006.What does this mean? Why an IMUNE International License? All countries The use of devices by practitioners is generally unregulated at present. This is forecast to change as the regulators in countries around the world start to introduce controls on who can use devices. This control is already in draft European regulations. It is inevitable. When regulation is tightened practitioners who have: a record of education and device specific training and qualification documentation will generally be grandfathered in. This means that they will not need to fulfil the detail of the new regulation requirements which from experience may be quite stringent. Thus an IMUNE International License is your insurance for when this tighter regulation occurs. USA In the event of a legal action a Judge will assign higher professional status to a License than a Board Certification. In the USA there is Certification and Licensing. Certification is by self regulating bodies and is recognised. State Licensing is by State boards for the medical etc. professions where there is statutory regulation in force. IMUNE International Licenses are established to: Make available the higher weight of the term License Make use of the added credibility via issuance from a Medical University. Are labelled International (Licenses) in order to avoid any implication that they are State Licenses Validate quality of education. IMUNE Grandfathering Whenever there is a change of regulation or new education standards those who have been practising and have solid education and competence are offered the opportunity to apply for the new qualification based on their demonstratable expertise- they will not need to undergo the new training or undergo the new assessment process. In the same way that regulatory authorities will recognise existing qualifications IMUNE also recognises previous qualifications and experience in Quantum Biofeedback. The grandfathering document attached will explain further. To apply complete the attached with all relevant details. If there is uncertainty about meeting the grandfathering requirements then IMUNE will contact you to clarify. Have you visited www.imune.net yet? Guest guest
Mr. Kelsey, You obviously don't know the position of the United States government toward the British Virgin Islands where the IMUNE license is issued. Please contact the USA Federal Trade Commission and talk to their "paper mill" staff. The US government considers the BVI to be a money-laundering paper mill. That means they consider all diplomas, certificates and licenses from the BVI as having no value because they were bought for and obtained from a "virtual but non-existant" company in the business of selling degrees and other proof of education and expertise for a fee regardless of the qualifications of the recipient. These words are as near word for word what Ms. at the FTC told me. She went on to say that a piece of paper from the BVI announcing that you're an expert is worh less than no piece of paper at all. When I did a search on the British Virgin Islands I found hundreds of websites advertising about setting your company up in the BVI to avoid taxes and do "anything you want to do." I contacted the Proform Offshore Limited Company and they were not the least concerned about whether I wanted to run an illegal company from the BVI and launder money or not. I think you have a moral obligation to tell people these things when you sell them a license to practice biofeedback which really doesn't give you the authority to practice biofeedback at all and which will probably count more against you in a US court of law than no license at all.
