I am repeating Trish's post regarding receiving the LiverSupport_L...

You may write either Trish or myself to fix if you are not able to do it

For those who had

memberships dating back to 1999-2002 I have changed your group

settings to receiving 'no email' to receiving 'individual emails'

or 'digest form'. I did this for teh above mentioned reasons and teh

fact that we havent heard from some of these members in over 3 years.

So if U are receiving emails, posts from this group and you no longer

wish to be a member you can renove your membership by going to the

groups homepage here:

And click on the top right where it says " Edit My Membership " and

remove yourself from the group. If U have difficulty doing this

please email me personally or post in the group to have your

membership deleted and I will do so.

If you wish for your group settings to be set to another setting

which options are:

1. Individual Emails

2. Digest Form

3. Read posts on group website

4. No emails(Which means U visit the site often and read posts from

the website)

Then I can change it to the setting that U wish as well or U can

change your own settings yourself.
