I would like to take a moment to welcome the following new members to the group.

We are a group of people that all have one thing in common.

We all suffer from chronic pain due to injury or disease to the neck ,or back[or both] We all try to support one another in this group. You will find that there will always be someone here that will answer you when you need to talk to some one.There will always be someone that will take the time to listen when you need to talk or when you just want to vent . No matter what the problem ,there will always be some one here to try and help.

There is one thing that the group owner and all moderators ask that not be done by anyone in the group. That one thing is this . DO not discuss what type of pain meds you are taking in the group forum. You are free to contact someone privately and discuss your pain meds,but it is not to be done on the group forum. Thank you in advance for abiding by this rule of the group.
