Guest guest
Robyn, I'm looking at various whole-body donation sites (there are several) and also at donating to the university that's providing my health care, University of California San Francisco (UCSF). I live in San Francisco most of the time, which is a factor. I have AMA negative PBC, with no symptoms other than my LFTs were really elevated, and now have an overlap with AIH also. As far as I'm concerned, he walks on water. I have a gastro that I see locally in Oregon, but I still make the trip back to CA once a year to see Gish, and he manages my treatment. Is he still coming to Fresno to see patients? He used to, check it out, it could save you a trip. He does have a few quirks that I will be happy to share with you if you email me directly, off-digest (don't they all!). Guest guest
This is the one that I belong to. My neighbor here in AZ also belonged and after his death his body was removed within a half hour. They have contacts everywhere in the US to pick up remains. I decided to do this because I have no means to pay for burial. Now I'm glad that I did because it might give more research once they get a look at my liver. Also, you cannot have any type of communicable diseases or any tattoos.
