Are you sure you have this web site correct? I tried it and all I

got twice was porn. You might want to checkout this. I wanted to

look at it but I don't want to see all of that mess.

This works fine, it's the one without the 4 that doesn't work.

By the way I've asked before about the rebounder, what

is it and where can I get one?

A rebounder looks like a mini-trampoline, but it is designed pump the

lymphatic system faster than anything else known to man and to provide exercise

with

almost no shock to the body. It is the most efficient and effective form of

exercise ever devised by man as it works on every cell in the body. If you go

to any holistic cancer clinic anywhere in the world that has a reputation for

curing cancer you'll probably find they prescribe a diet high in raw vegan

foods and use rebounders. These seem to be common thread in most successful

holistic therapies.

There's more info at my site, http://sobehealthy.com . Beware of the cheap

department store copies, they look like the good rebounders on the surface, but

there is no comparison. Sometimes you can get a good deal on a used quality

rebounder at a garage sale. Make sure the mat provides firm lateral support

so you don't sink in the center, which can cause your ankles to turn or

pronate, leading to damage in the ankles, knees, hips and lower back. It's also

important to know how to use the rebounder properly. If you don't know what

you're doing, you can end up doing more harm than good. A couple of things to

look

for, if you're buying used, are the springs and how they are attached. The

better rebounders have larger barrel-shaped tapered springs as opposed to

smaller cylindrical type and they are attached to the frame using stainless

steel

spring pins which go through the frame and can rotate as you bounce, taking

stress off the spring itself, as opposed to the cheap rebounders that just hook

the spring tips into holes drilled in the frame. Also, the clips that the

springs hook onto on the mat should be attached with seatbelt material on both

the

top and underside of the mat. A good rebounder will provide you and your

family with a lifetime of healthy and fun exercise with minimal maintenance. A

cheap one will end up hanging in the garage or in the trash.

I've been using and selling American-made rebounders for almost 25 years and

they are still the best and the best value. I include some doctor-recommended

illustrated exercises, as well as a book on rebounding for health and an

incredible video on the immune system that will teach you more about health and

how your body works in 45 minutes than most doctors learn in a lifetime. And if

you stay on the rebounder while you're watching the video, you'll get more

health benefits than anything the doctor can do for you.

Back when I still believed in deadly viruses and had faith in medical

science, I thought I had discovered the cure for AIDS in rebound exercise. All

of my

HIV friends (and myself) who were rebounding stayed healthy. Those who had

been hospitalized with AIDS diseases actually recovered, while all of my

friends who had faith in their doctors were dead or dying. When I tried to

share

this info with the major AIDS organizations and even the White House, I was

either ignored or threatened. Only the late Gendin, of POZ Magazine and

the Community Prescription Services told it like it was when he told me, " If

it's not a drug, no one is really interested. "

Hello there! I was wondering about ordering a rebounder although I didn't

realize that the average price is aroung $250--anyway, thinking about making a

purchase eventually from Wilderness Family... What do you think? I'm looking for

some reassurance that spending the money is well worth it. Lots of good health,

Phyllis - I have a Needak Rebounder (cost a little bit more than $250). I

really like it (very well made) - and I know that you can get rebounders for a

lot less money - but I also believe that you get what you pay for.

I think that you will find it to be very beneficial - definetly helps your

lymphatic system and detoxing. Plus it is a very gentle exercise that wont over

stress your body while it is trying to heal. And it is fun to use!

****Phyllis - just to add a comment to this. I bought mine a few years ago when

the economy wasn't so hard. I know that cost is a consideration in pretty much

everything now - so I would encourage you to get one - but get the best that you

can afford (new or used).

I think it would be a good investment for your health.

Phyllis,

have you tried craigslist? I was able to find one for 20$. People buy this

stuff and never use it. its bound to be out there for cheaper. Another site to

try is freecycle.com.

good luck.

Good luck.

Hi Phyllis,

I had asked Bee about jumping rope, and if it was similar to rebounding. If I

understood her rightly, she said they were. A jump rope would be cheaper than a

rebounder. Right now, I am going up and down so many stairs at work and home, I

don't think I need anything extra.
