Hi Amy, I've experienced pretty much the same thing as you. I was thrilled that it was so easy to cheat, for so many days in a row. However, by day 5 I started to really notice that my digestion had slowed to a crawl. It felt and looked like 5 days worth of food were sitting stuck in my colon. So I started back on the program yesterday. And kaboom - this morning I'm paying the price - my die-off is back in full force. In my case, the worst is always the migraine. I'm wondering if perhaps you and I did not experience the die-off punishment WHILE we were cheating because we were not taking the coconut oil and supplements during that time? I don't know about you, but I had taken a vacation from them. As soon as I started back on the program yesterday, including the coconut oil and supplements, the die-off symptoms are back. And that's a good thing. It's excellent proof that Bee's program really works. And it does prove to me that I still have a ways to go before I'm healed. I'm seriously considering starting the 9-day program today, basically to get a fresh start and get my digestion moving along again. And to relieve some of the discomfort. I was going to wait until after New Years to go back on the program, but now I don't care - it's simply not worth it - my health is much more important. Lis Quote

I did keep up with supplements but only got 2-3 Tbsp. of Coconut Oil here and there. I took 2 Tbsp this morning and my supps with Pau D'Arco tea and so far so good. I also have been contemplating the 9 Day program. I have to do more reading about it first. I wonder if I need it...how do you know? Amy Quote

I wonder if I need it...how do you know? Hi Amy. You would do the 9-day Program if your die-off symptoms are intolerable, or if you have very poor digestion. Bee Quote

Welcome to our group. The 9-Day program is on my website, and it helps people who get severe die-off/healing symptoms when they are on this program, and it helps people who have digestive problems - here it is: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php If you are new, please ensure you read two important articles: " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " and " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " which are in the Candida/Yeast section on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php The best in health, Bee Quote
