Here is what it contains: Vit C 1000mg Bioflavonoids 500mg (fr citrus lemon) Rutin 100 mg (fr Sophora japonica) Hesperidin 100 mg (fr citrus lemon) Rose hips 100 mg (fr canina) Acerola 50 mg Is this ok? Get either ascorbic acid crystals and take it mixed in water as I recommend in my article, or the correct tablet. It is better to get a tablet that contains only ascorbic acid than this product. Hi Chris. I doubt it doesn't contain sugar, but take them if you wish. I suggest that if you do, do not add or change anything else for 5 days so you can see if they cause you problems.
