+++I believe it is 1 1/2 teaspoons of eggshell to get 600 mg per day.

+++Ensure it is nutritional yeast " flakes " , not just nutritional

yeast which is a different kind of product.

+++Do not take vitamin C that is from acerola cherry since it

contains too much sugar which feeds candida.

+++You need to take betaine HCl and sauerkraut. Hopefully you are

eating more than just the raw egg drink, i.e. meats and vegetables.

The best to you, Bee

I just had a look at my Vit C & it has acerola at 50mg. Is that ok?

Here is what it contains:

Vit C 1000mg

Bioflavonoids 500mg (fr citrus lemon)

Rutin 100 mg (fr Sophora japonica)

Hesperidin 100 mg (fr citrus lemon)

Rose hips 100 mg (fr canina)

Acerola 50 mg

Is this ok?

+++Sorry, no it isn't okay. Get either ascorbic acid crystals and take

it mixed in water as I recommend in my article, or the correct tablet.

It is better to get a tablet that contains only ascorbic acid than this

product.

Hi Chris. I doubt it doesn't contain sugar, but take them if you

wish. I suggest that if you do, do not add or change anything else

for 5 days so you can see if they cause you problems.

The best, Bee
