Guest guest
Hey summer, sorry to hear about your troubles..I wish you better days ahead. I know everyone is different, but the first seven months I was sick, I had the racing heart beat(thought i would die or have a heart attack), scary, weird MAJOR ANXIETY(could not even explain the feeling(I am sure you know what I mean)..and had to call the 911 a few times myself...they said it was probably just anxiety...ect....If it makes you feel any better, that has passed...now I just get minor panic and anxiety...every so offten(nothing like when I first had it-and NO MORE racing heart beat!) I would be So bad in these attacks that i could not move or talk or anything till they passed.(sometimes they lasted hours..sometimes 2 days).now it is all different-MUCH improved!.....Also i would like to add, when you are on a detox diet(or cleaning out diet)-expect to feel sicker at first..your symptoms will get worse...then you will start to improve..I don't know if this makes you feel any better, but I just want to let you know you are not alone....I understand..and am MUCH improved than when i was first sick...IN fact i forgot about those horrible times, until I read your post, and reallly realize how much i have improved-although i believe, I have a long journey ahead of me!! I hope and pray for you to get well, and hope this passes for you as it did for me!! Good luck...MissBoop0827@...
Guest guest
Hi , It sounds like you are really struggling with this! I had heart palpitations early on when I became ill, but never the racing heart like you describe. I've noticed that the people on the candida list also talk about a racing heart quite often. Candida spews off lots of toxins too, so the common denominator here seems to be either candida or toxins. You are right--so many of the ill implanted women have this particular symptom, and I have heard many women talk of going to the emergency room, only to go home later with no help for it. Many of them are scared of getting a heart attack or something terrible like that. Ilena posted a letter from another lady about this just today. As for suggestions, I can offer only a few that come to mind, but I have no idea how effective they might be. Hopefully some of the other women can offer some help with this as well. I was glad to see write to you about this! I know of another saline implanted woman that suffered terribly from the racing heart and anxiety--Kristi, who was shown on the MTV report. I'll write you privately with her address. One thing you might want to take a look at is your supplements. Calcium and Magnesium are supposed to be muscle relaxers (epsom salt baths might be good for you). It is good to take them at night. You said you were taking alot of supplements...are you taking calcium and magnesium both? You shouldn't take one without the other. Are you taking molybdenum also? You might also want to consider if you are taking too much.....I was taking liquid calcium when I first started supplementing, and found that when it was time to take it, I was revolted and could hardly get it down anymore. I took that as a sign that I had had enough. Calcium acts as a buffer, to help neutralize acids in the body. If your body is already pretty much on the alkaline side, you may not need it. Most of us are acidic, though, if we are eating a standard American diet. Supplements are acidic, as are meats, grains, and most processed foods. You might also want to take a look at possible food allergies. It sounds like your diet is strict enough, but you can still be having a reaction to even some of these foods. Maybe you can do some type of elimination diet, instead of totally fasting, in which you eliminate all but a few foods, and then slowly add more back in to watch your reactions to them. Do this if you think you may be reacting to some foods. As for fasting, I don't think a short fast would hurt you at all, like maybe 24 hours, with lots of water and then build up your nutrient reserves in between fasts. I found that a fasting " program " helped me the most, in which I did several fasts in a period of a few months. I did my first fast 6 months after explant, and if I would have known about it sooner, I think I would have tried it sooner! I was fairly thin and didn't have much fat to spare, but it didn't make me feel any worse than I already did, and by the third day, I felt great. If you do try it, maybe you can find a naturopath to supervise you through it for the first few times. I am not sure what else to tell you sweetie, but I do hope that this gets resolved for you sometime soon. As for my heart palpitations, I can echo what said--they just went away, and I don't get them now. I think we just slowly heal and these things just gradually go away.
