Guest guest
I was remembering that I used to take Brerwer's Yeast in 1985, and that was the Paavo Airola book. I was very fatigued after my father died. I went to a local GP who said I might expect that, but I felt I was far more fatigued than I should be. The Dr I then went to was also a naturopath, acapuncturist, and every other thing, said I had hypoglycaemia, and said I should buy the Paavo Airola book on Hypoglycaemia . I did get it and started on his recommendations, which included the yeast. When I went back to the Dr so proud of myself, he said he didn't expect me to follow the diet, he just said Paavo gave a good description of how Hypoglycaemia works. There was little meat in the Paavo diet.  Paavo did die at 64 I believe. Dr Mercola does quote him regarding distilled water. Dorothy Hall a very emminent Australian naturopath died very early also. She mostly touted fish and veges, but dId say,  buy a good piece of meat when you feel you need it. I might add that later tests I had through a GP showed no sign of sugar dropping during fasting. Paavo did write it was the curve, and the way the sugar dropped that was the deciding factor. Reg, Jeanette.
