I've searched using every word combination I know, but can't find it on here or your site. I know how to do temperature charting, but the silly thermometer doesn't work on really cold mornings! I can't watch my discharge as I'm discharging candida yuckies at the moment, and... well lets just say I'm not quite so keen when I'm itchy so can't tell that way either. Any info/suggestions?
