Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I started this program almost a month ago and haven't tried to eat in a restaurant yet. Our family is going to be going on vacation soon and I was just wondering if any of you can me some pointers or ideas for eating out in restaurants - like what to avoid and good ideas for what to order. I know different restaurants offer different things, but I just need some ideas. I'm concerned about the salt and sugar in the foods. We are renting an apartment-type room that does have a kitchenette in it, so that will be helpful to some extent, but the only cooking facilities are a kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. D'oh! We booked this room before starting on the diet! I'm hoping there will also be a fridge. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi . Try doing a Message Search, since this has been discussed many times before. Try the words restaurant or eating out or dining out and see what you come up with.
