Hi

I haven't eaten any carbs for the last month.

The only carbs I get are from glycogen in raw liver. I eat an all raw

meat diet, no fruit and veg. I eat once a day in the evening and may

skip a day here and there.

I've experienced headaches, nausea and heart palpatations with my

candida die off over the last month, but i'm now experiencing really

bad symptoms on my man bits which has really scared me it looks

terible, is itchy and is getting red inflamed.

I've had candida since I was a baby but what i've seen lately really

freaked me out. My tongue has also gone very white and I swear I can

smell candida coming out off my groin area.

I've eaten very healthy for the last 3 years (lots of raw meat raw

fruit) but have still had dandruff. anxiety, cracked heels so I wanted

to try and clear these up.

So what I'm after is some reassurance. Plus just a couple of quick

answers , thanks.

My symptoms are worse than ever why is this?

How long do you think it will take for recovery following my diet?

I still crave carbs really bad is this candida?

and my BIG LAST question which I have been thinking about for a

while.... do you guys think that candida has some sort host/parasite

relationship with our bodies/brains which makes us depressed and

anxious so we crave out sugar so securing it a food source and survival?

Cheers
