basic mayonnaise - freezing it

OK, I stuck some in the freezer and will let you all know if it comes out ok

once defrosted.

I was thinking, the mayo has a nice thick, creamy consistency, I wonder if

you reduced the EVOO, added some VCO, cinnamon, nutmeg and stevia, if you

might have a nice 'pudding'.
