You sent me the links to the files, and I'm finally ready to do my research for my appeal. However, it says I'm not a member of Plagio, which I obviously am, and that I have an invalid email address to join the group. I am doing all of my research on my parents computer, using my hotmail address: kimberly_vogt@... This is also the same computer that I use for my Plagio group mailings. So, I'm confused. When I get into , my Dad's name is on the screen, but I couldn't add him as a member, either, to get in. His address is: kaybilldickson@...

All that I need is info on Position Statements. My Tricare Ins. says the American Academy of Pediatrics, Amer. Society of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons, & Amer. Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Assoc. don't have Position Statements, which is accurate. I'm hoping to find a bunch of groups to list that do.

I'd love it if you could help me get into the file sight.

Thanks,

Hi ,

I might be able to help. It sounds like your Dad also has a

username. I utilize multiple accounts, so this is what I have

to do.

First a question... When you login to http://, does

the upper right hand top bar say " Welcome (your dad's username) " If

so, in the upper left hand corner you'll see a " Sign Out " Option.

Just sign out of his account and sign back into yours. This should

allow you to access your stuff again.

Just be sure to remind him that he'll have to login as himself when

you're finished or he'll have the same problem accessing his stuff.

I hope this solves your problem. Please feel free to Email me

directly if this makes no sense. If what I mentioned isn't the

problem, you'll probably need Kendra's help.

Good luck with your research and have a great day!

e &

Gaylord, Michigan

I've also attempted to add your dad as a member. Make sure you reply to the message from to confirm, then go to the Plagio home page to switch his account to NO MAIL/WEB ONLY (sorry, I can't do that for you until the message from is sent back and the system registers his email). That way you will be able to access the groups files with either e-dress.

Hope you get it figured out, and again, let me know! :o)
