On our first shopping trip to the mall with Abby - 1 wk after she

rec'd the STARband there was a little boy about Abby's age with the

band too - his mom & me were SO excited & talked for a long time

about it. I've also had someone come up to me whose daughter had

worn it years ago. The other day my sister took Abby to the mall

while babysitting her & some snob woman told my sister how " brave she

was to take her out like that " . Uggg. Good thing she didn't say it

to me. My sister just ignored her, but man, that's the first rude

comment I've heard in 5 mos of Abby wearing a band.

My mom who has MS has a saying that I find comes in quite handy.
