Well I have to start the appeal process for getting Leigha's post

opperative band covered by insurance. Anyone, that has been through

this can you help me by sending me a copy of your appeal letter. Did

you have the doctor right an appeal also? Email me at

mmalfam@... please....I am ready to start this unnecessary

fight! They will pay or hear from me for the next 100 years...lmao!!!
