I gave them the NDC# from > the Nystatin Information & Treatments file, but they are saying it is Non-Steril, so for topical use only. I don't know why it is so difficult for them to understand what I want. Rite Aid flat out told me it was not available in their system and sent me away, so now I'm hoping Long's Drugs can come thru. They don't seem to be able to locate the kind I need on their computer either, and they took the liberty of calling my doctor and changing to perscription to the liquid, which has sugar in it, so when I went to pick it up it was the wrong stuff. Now I asked them if they could call Paddock Labs on the phone, so this is going to take a few days more now, because they won't have time to do that till late tomorrow afternoon. Has anyone else experienced difficulty ordering this type of Nystatin? If Long's doesn't come thru, is there a place to order perscriptions online? Or what else are my options? Thanks for any help, Jeanne Medina Jeanne, I requested Nystatin tablets which WalMart pharmacy quickly ordered for me. Maybe you should try them too. Your doctor can Rx them for you. Guest guest
Jeanne, sorry for the difficulties you are having trying to get the correct nystatin. However, I think other natural antifungals are much better than nystatin, starting with coconut oil which is part of the diet. After you are able to take 6 tbls. of coconut oil daily you add one other natural antifungal, i.e. garlic, clove oil or oil of oregano. Guest guest
> > I got my powder from walmart. > > Kara > > Hi Everyone - can you give me the NDC# from your bottle of powder. I seem to have trouble getting the ORAL powder, that can be mixed in water and taken internally. My pharmacist has a bottle but it says NON-STERIL, so she thinks it for mixing and using topically only. Maybe this is the one everyone is using? I have been following the diet for 15 months, taking coconut oil and oregano oil and probiotics. After 3 months all my symptoms went away, but it took 10 months till I could tolerate fruit again. But then I got a cold/flu germ, and developed a bad ear ache, which was diagnosed as fungus. It took a few months to get rid of, and I still think I have minor fungus in the ear. Then most recently, I developed an itchy skin rash after one cheat. So, I am just frustrated that after seeming to heal, it keeps coming back quite easily, so I thought I would give the Nystatin a try. I have an auto-immune disease, Ankylosing Spondylitis, which may be why it is so difficult to keep it at bay? Thanks, Jeanne

The wrong nystatin used topically is usually mixed with talcum powder or something else. > > I have been following the diet for 15 months, taking coconut oil and > oregano oil and probiotics. Nystatin isn't as good as natural antifungals, and nutrients are what cures candida in the long-run, not antifungals. Cheers, Bee

This number matches the one on the bottle I was finally able to get! And it matches the one I had given the pharmacist originally from Bee's file. It turned out to be a misunderstanding between two differnt pharmacists. The one I spoke to the day I dropped it off, ordered me the correct bottle, but then the next day, the pharmacist on duty didn't think it was for oral use, so she switched it to the liquid form. So finally the next day, the original pharmacist was on duty again and streightened it all out. I really apprecitate everyone response and help. Thanks! I took 3 doses already, and was a little nautious after the 2, so I think this is a sign it is workinig? And I mixed some with coconut oil and used it topically on my rash, and its healing has accelerated already. Jeanne
Guest guest
I found the first few days were ok but hten I get hit hard with detox. So I am currently doing only one dose a day right when I get up but have worked up to a 1/2 teaspoon for that dose. I'll stay there for another week then maybe a bedtime dose but again start with the 1/8 teaspoon and work my way up in nystatin and in water.
