Guest guest
I am eating only meats/fats. For a few months I was not eating any sea salt-and became very tired. I recently added sea salt back in liberally applying it to my meats/fats-and fatigue has reduced. What caused me to be so tired? low trace mineral-low potassium or low sodium intake? (it wasnt the ketosis since i was months into the diet) does the all meat/fat diet supply enough sodium? Where did eskimos get potassium do i need to supplement? Thanks, Chris
